The room decor was absolutely stunning! It had a contemporary and stylish vibe that we loved. the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the staff was so friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our romantic escape was off to a great start.

We were disappointed with the lack of amenities in the room. There were no complimentary bottles of water, which would have been a nice touch.

The room at Hotel Indigo was beautifully decorated with pops of color inspired by Columbus' artistic themes. The bathroom had a superb walk-in shower, one of the best I've experienced. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was excellent, close to restaurants and architectural landmarks. I highly recommend this hotel. I would happily recommend this hotel.

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially during Christmas. The service was outstanding! We were able to host a last-minute Christmas party in one of their conference rooms, which was set up perfectly. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious, and we loved swimming in the pool. The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed taking walks through the park across the street and exploring the charming downtown area.

My stay at this hotel was outstanding! The atmosphere was bright and trendy, and the rooms were immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The staff treated us like royalty without being overbearing, and the housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for keeping everything spotless. I was also impressed with the attention to detail in terms of basic amenities, such as the coffee maker, iron, and big TV in the room. The location was great, right next to downtown and within walking distance to the visitor center and important architectural sites.

The staff at Indigo were a lifesaver for us! After our initial hotel in Nashville left us stranded, it was a relief to find a welcoming and compassionate team at Indigo. Despite our late arrival, they were bright and cheerful, providing excellent customer service. The hotel itself was clean, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located near the highway. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic customer service and quality accommodations.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the room was clean and comfortable, with incredibly comfortable beds. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city's beautiful architecture on foot. the staff was also exceptional, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.

My only complaint about the hotel was that the train runs right by it, and it can be quite loud in the mornings. Additionally, the shower in my room was a bit difficult to use and the water didn't stay in the tub floor.

The Aveda toiletries provided a luxurious spa experience. The hotel mascot, Tripp, was adorable and my puppy had a great time playing with him. the facilities and amenities were top-notch and made my stay enjoyable.

Our Easter stay was ruined by the constant noise of trains passing by the hotel. the train horns felt like they were right outside our window and woke us up multiple times during the night.
