We had a fabulous night away at the Mandarin Oriental in Boston. The warm greeting from the valet upon arrival set the tone for our stay. The elegant common spaces and top-notch service made us feel truly cared for. Our room on the eighth floor had stunning views and was impeccably clean with a personalized welcome and a well-stocked mini bar. Turndown service was a nice touch. The bathroom was spacious and had a large soaking tub. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Inadequate service regarding the house car, with a restricted distance policy and biased preference for certain universities. Spa facilities in need of renovation and maintenance. From the moment I entered this hotel, I knew it was going to be a luxurious stay. The exclusive amenities provided in the room were beyond my expectations. The service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was impressive. I indulged in the sauna, Jacuzzi and massage - all of which left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The in-room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

The only minor issue I encountered during my stay here was the delay in housekeeping service. However, the staff was quick to rectify the situation and made sure it did not happen again during my stay.

There have been some concerning security issues, including frequent alarms going off during the stay and a suspicious phone call from someone who had knowledge of the guest's personal information.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, with outstanding facilities including a gym and spa. The location was perfect, near two malls and many shops and restaurants. Staff treated us like royalty, making us feel at home.
