During my stay at a hotel in Rome, I encountered a situation where my car broke down right in front of the entrance. The staff, particularly Alessandra and another lady at the reception, went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service by handling the issue quickly and efficiently. I was incredibly grateful for their assistance in such a stressful situation. While the rooms were on the smaller side and the wifi only worked in the lobby, the overall experience was positive. The beds provided a decent night's sleep and the tiny shower did the job. The breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was satisfactory. The hotel's prime location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and the attentive service provided by the staff.

We stayed at a hotel during the new year's celebration and had a great time. the hotel was situated in a key location that was very accessible to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi that were offered to us.

That the sheets provided were too small for the bed, which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep in. we felt that the price of the hotel was a bit too high compared to others we've stayed at in the past.
