We loved the convenient location and enjoyed the Mexican restaurant across the street. The staff was incredibly awesome! The hotel exceeded expectations by offering different bed choices and labeled pillows. The breakfast spread was impressive, and the hotel had great extras like adjustable sleeping temperature and multiple lighting choices. it was an exceptional stay.

The lobby and breakfast areas were exceptional. The highlight of my stay was the pancake machine at breakfast, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Despite being close to the elevator, my room was quiet, and I didn't hear any noise from the hallway or adjacent rooms. The housekeeping and front desk staff were professional and friendly. The hotel also had a nice indoor pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I had a great experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

At Holiday Inn Express, we had a pleasant surprise when we arrived. The front desk staff greeted us with genuine smiles and professionalism - a rare find in hotels these days. Our room was another pleasant surprise; it was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The large HD TV in the room was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy watching the World Series and movies. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable - no odd smells or concerns of bugs or germs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless. The hotel lobby, furnishings, and dining area were also beautifully designed.

I particularly appreciated the effort made to accommodate my disability. However, there were a couple of issues with the disabled room.

Staff awesome, especially for picky elderly parents. Beds labeled soft/firm, they slept well. Brother stayed next door, ours much nicer. Discounts for veterans available. Adjustable temp and multiple lighting choices. Exceptional stay overall!

I was disappointed to discover that the hotel did not have a hot tub, which would have added to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of my stay.
