The whirlpool at 8:00 a.m. was perfect for relaxing, although I wish I had brought my swimsuit. Convenient parking at the back of the hotel made it easy for me with my sciatica condition. The room had a tub and a user-friendly TV remote.

This hotel is a great option if you are exploring the area or in town for a sports event near the NOS center or one of the baseball fields. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great amenities like a sink with a coffee maker, a fridge, and a microwave. The breakfast is delicious and has many options to choose from to start your day.

There were some dated aspects like the decor and some areas could benefit from additional cleaning, such as the hallways and the stairwell.

The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfy. the breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety. the location was perfect, with easy access to major highways and plenty of parking.

The light switches were poorly positioned and the bathroom light bulb flickered like a strobe light. Additionally, the room key stopped working every day and we had to get it replaced.

The Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was high and super comfortable. The room was spotless and the staff was friendly. The warm breakfast had a great variety of options and the serving staff, especially Teena, was engaging and helpful. Plenty of parking and convenient location.

For the price, the value at this hotel was exceptional. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a high bed that was perfect for tall guests like myself and my daughter. The location was convenient, with parking available and nearby amenities like Starbucks and a grocery store. The staff, especially Teena, were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, with a market and Starbucks right next door, and easy access to the freeway. We also appreciated the touching tribute display for Memorial Day.
