The whirlpool at 8:00 a.m. was perfect for relaxing, although I wish I had brought my swimsuit. Convenient parking at the back of the hotel made it easy for me with my sciatica condition. The room had a tub and a user-friendly TV remote.

This hotel is a great option if you are exploring the area or in town for a sports event near the NOS center or one of the baseball fields. The rooms are clean and comfortable with great amenities like a sink with a coffee maker, a fridge, and a microwave. The breakfast is delicious and has many options to choose from to start your day.

There were some dated aspects like the decor and some areas could benefit from additional cleaning, such as the hallways and the stairwell.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the Colton area and it was a great experience. First of all, the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the rooms. The attention to detail was apparent, as the rooms were clean and equipped with all the basic amenities like a fridge, microwave, iron, and blow dryer. Additionally, the staff was exceptional, especially Carrenna at the front desk who was polite and helpful. Lastly, the breakfast included was superb, with Teena ensuring everything was clean and well-stocked.

The staff at Best Western Plus were incredibly accommodating, granting me a late check-out and providing a disability accessible room with a shower chair. The location was quiet and conveniently close to the freeway. The breakfast room was relaxing and the breakfast itself was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

One minor drawback was not being close to the elevators, as there was some noise disturbance in the early morning. Additionally, there was a slight moldy/musky smell upon entering the room.

The location of the hotel was great! It was conveniently located next to a Stater Brothers and a Starbucks, which made it easy to grab any necessities or a quick coffee. the hotel was also just one block from the I, 10, so getting on and off the highway was a breeze. Another advantage was the spacious and comfortable rooms. They provided plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day. Additionally, the breakfast offered a hot, bar of eggs, sausage, and potatoes which was a nice touch. the large lobby area was also perfect for enjoying breakfast and watching TV.

There were a couple of issues during my stay. the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par.

The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfy. the breakfast spread was delicious with a good variety. the location was perfect, with easy access to major highways and plenty of parking.

The light switches were poorly positioned and the bathroom light bulb flickered like a strobe light. Additionally, the room key stopped working every day and we had to get it replaced.

The Best Western Plus Arrowhead Hotel exceeded my expectations. The bed was high and super comfortable. The room was spotless and the staff was friendly. The warm breakfast had a great variety of options and the serving staff, especially Teena, was engaging and helpful. Plenty of parking and convenient location.
