The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation and the water bus. It was convenient to get around and explore the city. our room had a lovely view, which was a nice bonus. Despite being close to the city's hustle and bustle, the windows provided great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful stay.

One thing that I disliked was the misleading advertising of the hotel. Upon arrival, I realized that I would be staying in an annex building located 200 meters away.

Perfect location next to airport transfer coach stop and waterbus terminals. Nice room with a little terrace for relaxation. Amazingly helpful staff. Lift available, no need to drag suitcases up stairs. Huge bath in the bathroom.

Staying at Santa Chiara was a fantastic experience. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and the hotel's location was perfect for catching transportation to the airport, cruise ship port, and city center. We loved the views of the Grand Canal from our room, which was beautifully renovated and spacious. The breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options. We would definitely book here again for our next trip to Venice.

Additionally, I felt safe and secure during my stay, especially as a solo traveler. The hotel's proximity to various transportation options also made it easy for me to navigate the city and explore different areas.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in Venice for a few days. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and with the bus station right next door. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and patient. The breakfast room was lovely and the food offered a delicious variety. I particularly enjoyed the served coffee and hot chocolate. The room itself was fantastic, situated in a 15th-century building that had been recently renovated into a luxurious suite. It had a big TV, an ultra-modern bathroom with fancy lights, a huge shower, and a nice coffee maker. a great experience!

This hotel is located at the main Vaporetti station in the center, right on the Grand Canal. We were able to easily access the water buses and taxis, which made exploring the city very convenient. The staff at the reception desk were extremely kind and helpful, providing us with advice on things to do in this enchanting city. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV.

We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this beautiful city.

Great location right on the canal, beautiful view from the room. The room was recently renovated and tastefully decorated. Spacious and spotless. Helpful staff and a delicious breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Conveniently located at Piazza Roma, making it easy to access taxis, buses, and trains. No need to worry about lugging suitcases over bridges.

Reception was located 200 meters away from the room and was the only place to get internet. Some confusion with the breakfast charge initially, but it was resolved.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the room we were assigned had a faulty air conditioner, which made it quite uncomfortable.
