Great location within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, and a church. the staff was friendly and helpful. the bed was comfortable.

The room was not well-maintained, with a dirty toilet, stained comforter, and hair on the bedding. Housekeeping was inconsistent, with wet towels and no clean washcloths provided.

The staff was amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The location was fantastic, right across from a major theater. The room and the entire hotel were impeccable and comfortable. Close to many colleges in the area.

They were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. the check-in process was smooth and easy, and they even provided a free bottle of water. the room was spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. the toiletry items provided were of high quality. Additionally, the hotel bar had a nice ambiance and the bartenders were friendly.

One downside of my stay was the lack of communication about hotel construction. I was not notified in advance that there would be renovation work happening, which affected my ability to have a hot shower in the morning.

Great service and helpful staff!

During my stay at Marriott Greensboro Downtown, I had an issue with the air conditioning in my room. It was uncomfortably cold, even colder than the rest of the hotel. I called the front desk and they quickly arranged for me to change rooms to a more comfortable temperature. The staff was attentive and really made an effort to ensure my stay was pleasant.

The hotel had a great location, right on Elm Street. It was perfect for walking around and exploring the area. the staff at the front desk and bar were lovely and provided excellent service. the food from the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good, especially the burger and French fries. the bed in the room was very comfortable, with extra pillows, making it a dream to sleep on.

The bathroom in the room was quite small, barely enough room to move around. the walls were thin, allowing noise to easily pass through from the neighboring rooms.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! As a solo traveler, the location was perfect for attending a concert at The Tanger Center. It was so convenient to be within walking distance and not have to worry about using my car. The proximity to fine dining and a Catholic Church was also a huge plus. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable. And the best part? The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
