We had an amazing stay at this beautiful and relaxing location. Francisco and Veronica, the hosts, were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. They were incredibly helpful in finding things to do and even offered assistance in getting there. the lodge itself was lovely, with a cute and cozy small house for us to stay in. the owners, who were very friendly and thoughtful, even surprised us with fresh fruits on two occasions. We also enjoyed using the perfect barbecue location for a fun evening. the place had a lot of love and care put into it by the couple who built it. the location, right in the heart of nature and close to Rincon de la Vieja national park, was simply excellent. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay for two more nights and never regretted it. It truly felt like a different world.

I had an amazing experience staying at Pochote Lodge. Francisco and his family were incredibly friendly and hospitable. the lodge itself is a peaceful and beautiful sanctuary surrounded by nature. It's conveniently located near the entrance to Rincón park, making it easy to explore the area. the lodge is well-maintained and spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the traditional Gallo Pinto breakfast and the use of the well-equipped kitchen. it felt like a hidden paradise, far away from the busyness of everyday life.

I love using my psychic powers to guess which mountain is outside my room because the patio has zero views. So much fun!

The price was also very reasonable, and there is a kitchen available for those who prefer to bring their own food. Additionally, the proximity to RinconIto lodge, where you can enjoy dinner, is a great convenience.
