I recently had an emergency situation while traveling and the Holiday Inn Express made it a comfortable experience with their empathetic customer service. I arrived late in the evening after a near fatal accident and the front desk agent was extremely courteous and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable, well-equipped, and spacious. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating. I felt safe and secure during my stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

Clean room. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Close to stadium. Everything close from gas to food. Stadium only 15 min drive. Large comfortable room. No noise from elevator. Bathroom small with sink in common area. TV quickly fixed. Neat, clean breakfast area. Courteous and helpful front desk agent.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 3 nights during my business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet despite its proximity to the elevator. The staff were friendly and attentive, quickly fixing the TV when it went out. The breakfast area was clean, but the pancake machine was not a highlight. I had a great stay and was particularly impressed with the excellent staff.

I experienced exceptional customer service during my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express in Castro Valley. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and taken care of. When I arrived late at night, they made me feel welcomed and valued, providing a smooth check-in process. The manager, Andre, even made a special trip to the hotel in the middle of the night to ensure my needs were met. It was truly a VIP treatment.

I got great value for my money at the Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean, spacious, and had good soundproofing despite being close to the freeway. The location was convenient for visiting Oakland and Hayward, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast experience could be improved by having breakfast times until 10:00am instead of 9:30am.

We arrived at the hotel and the staff at check-in were extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and even offered us a room that accommodated my grandmother's limitations. It was such a relief because I had forgotten to inform them beforehand. I knew right then that I had made the right choice in selecting this hotel.
