We had a fantastic stay surrounded by an amazing tropical jungle. The hotel's private trail to the "Rio Celeste" was a highlight for us, where we got to see a variety of wildlife including butterflies, snakes, monkeys, and toucans. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Arenal volcano and hot springs. The hotel facilities, including the pool, hot tubs, and game room, provided plenty of options for relaxation after a day of hiking. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive and welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect, nestled in the middle of the rainforest and just a short walk away from the stunning Rio Celeste. I loved being able to explore the private walking trails and immerse myself in nature. Additionally, the hotel facilities were fantastic. The rooms were breathtaking, with the option to take an outside or inside shower, and a pool area that had multiple hot tubs with different temperatures. The hotel also had a game room where my family and I enjoyed playing Jenga, pool, chess, and Uno. The dining experience was top-notch, with a good selection of delicious dishes.

The Rio Celeste Hideaway Hotel is located right in front of the entrance to the Tenorio National Park, allowing easy access to the stunning natural beauty of the park. Guests can enjoy the peaceful and serene atmosphere of being in the middle of the forest, away from the noise of the highway. The rooms are spacious and feature beautiful Costa Rican wood furniture and vaulted bamboo ceilings. The bathrooms are equally impressive, with oversized jacuzzi tubs and rainforest shower heads. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the buffet breakfast is excellent.

Some guests have mentioned that the rooms can have a musty smell and the beds may not be very comfortable.

The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the pool was perfect for relaxation. Nelson's drinks by the pool were a great addition! We loved the private access to Río Celeste and the proximity to Volcano park. The hotel also had a play area with table football, billiards, and lots of games that kept our kids entertained. The strong wifi signal was definitely a plus. I highly recommend Rio Celeste Hideaway for an amazing stay.

The spacious bedroom, beautiful bathroom, and delightful balcony with rocking chairs provided us with the perfect retreat. Despite the rain, the pools and facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable. The hotel's tours and spa services were top-notch, and the meals were delicious. The attentive and well-trained staff, especially Tania, made our experience even more memorable. I feel blessed to have stayed in such a lovely hotel in such a gorgeous setting. We had an amazing weekend getaway surrounded by nature. the spacious rooms were great and we even had some unexpected visitors, monkeys, on our deck! the hiking trail on the hotel grounds was a big plus and we had it all to ourselves. the hot pool next to the swimming pool was so relaxing, especially after a rainy day. the staff was incredibly friendly and even provided special glue to fix my broken shoes. a wonderful experience!

During my stay at Rio Celeste Hideaway, I was impressed by the beautiful and private rooms. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Pablo who guided me on a hike to the stunning falls. The restaurant served delicious food and the service was excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Even though I had a mishap and had trouble walking, the staff was extremely accommodating and made sure I could move around the property comfortably.
