I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with impeccable rooms and high-quality bedding. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and the central location made it convenient to explore all the key sights of the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and the breakfast was divine.

Great New Year experience at the hotel! the staff were super friendly and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable with their warm hospitality. the location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to all the key attractions and offering stunning views. Plus, the hotel had excellent amenities that added to our comfort during our stay.

We were disappointed with the outdated rooms and facilities. It felt like the hotel could use some renovations to bring it up to date.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance of everything you need. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely little balcony offering views of a small plaza and the ocean in the distance. The bathroom was large and well-appointed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the convenience of self-parking in the lot across the street.

The food at the hotel, particularly the room service, was subpar and overpriced.

Amazing property, friendly and authentic staff, excellent recommendations for restaurants and Pinchos. Thoughtful surprises for special occasions. Well-equipped gym and nice touches throughout the hotel.

I got great value for my money at Hotel Maria Cristina, a Luxury Collection hotel. The room was amazing, with a beautiful ocean view and a huge, comfy bed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old town, new town, and the city beaches. The staff treated us with such attention and the concierge service was excellent.

We spent New Year's Eve at a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. the breakfast was fantastic and we particularly enjoyed the champagne and canapes provided for the New Year countdown. the hotel was situated in a prime location, just a short walk to many popular attractions. the room had a stunning view of the river which added to the charm of the experience.

This marred an otherwise wonderful experience.

This hotel was the absolute bomb. Loved it! Totally glamorous, with massive rooms and comfortable beds. the staff were awesome and the location was brilliant. the hotel's interior was sumptuous and a delight to the eye. I especially enjoyed the wonderful breakfast. the fact that they provided Pashley bikes for free to tour the city was a great bonus. my experience at this Luxury Collection hotel was top-notch.

The room was beautifully decorated and the bathroom amenities were excellent. Convenient on-site parking available. Definitely worth the price.

The hotel is located conveniently for walking tours and beach trips. It is situated away from the loud touristy areas, providing a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. The staff is excellent in their service, providing guests with towels to walk down to the main beach. The rooms are beautifully designed and the bathrooms are sleek and modern. The breakfast buffet is one of the best and the views from the rooms are breathtaking.

There was only one restaurant working during the stay, which limited the dining options available to guests.

I couldn't believe the size of our room! It was huge, with a super king-size bed and luxurious furnishings. The marble bathroom was beautiful. And the view from our window of the river was simply stunning. The level of luxury in this hotel is unmatched. The lobby was immaculate and the staff were extremely attentive. The hotel's main restaurant served an excellent meal with top-notch service. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shopping areas. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a truly fantastic stay.
