We had a super comfy bed, huge enough for both of us to stretch out and not touch each other the whole night. Plus, the location was prime, just a short walk to the park with those cable cars, made for a fun little adventure. We grabbed some quick bites from the nearby shops and the convenience was a lifesaver.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what we got it was still acceptable.

The staff was friendly and provided helpful tips! Our suite was spacious, fitting for a family, and a great value for the price we paid.

i had a lovely time enjoying the short walk to the beautiful parque del retiro and exploring iconic sights like the royal palace of madrid, all just a pleasant stroll away from my hotel.

We enjoyed our stay due to the excellent location, which was close to the Corte Inglés shopping center and just a short walk to the Teatro Real and the palace. Our room featured a comfortable sofa and a sitting area, making it a perfect space to relax.

The spacious room had plenty of natural light and a large bathroom, creating a refreshing atmosphere. Breakfast included a delightful classic fried fish option, adding a unique touch to the menu. However, street noise during weekend nights was disruptive, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, parking costs were high, which felt excessive given the difficulty of finding secure spots nearby.

the decor is outdated and in desperate need of refurbishment!!! Inconsistent Wi-Fi connectivity is frustrating!!! Maintenance issues need urgent attention!!! Check the water before using it!!! There is a lack of concierge services for proper local guidance!!!

Super close to the Arguelles Metro, which made exploring easy. We walked to Plaza de Espana and the Royal Palace, which were highlights. The breakfast was decent with plenty of choices, and the staff was really friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Just a heads-up, the fitness center access was limited. Also, I noticed that the breakfast menu didn't change during our stay, which was a bit repetitive.

A lovely hotel with a great location near the metro and El Corte Inglés, making it easy to explore. The spacious room was clean and comfortable, but the outdated decor and occasional street noise during the night were drawbacks. Staff were generally friendly and accommodating, enhancing our experience.

The spacious Superior King Room was immaculate, providing an excellent night's sleep with a large, comfortable bed. Breakfast featured organic fruits, though some items could have been fresher. A short, stylish 10-minute walk led to Plaza Square, adding to the appeal. However, the swimming pool often required registration and was frequently closed, which was frustrating. Additionally, low lighting in some areas and less-than-ideal toilet space detracted slightly from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Clean and spacious room with daily housekeeping. Location is excellent, close to many attractions and restaurants. The staff at the bar was friendly, and breakfast offered a good selection (the pastries were delightful! ).
