The hotel location was incredible, right on the river with a lovely deck area, great for relaxing. The surrounding areas made it easy to get around and there was an inviting coffee shop nearby. The room was spacious with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Breakfast was tasty with a variety of fresh options.

The lobby was a bit noisy, which wasn't ideal for a relaxing stay.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the free breakfast with a waffle machine and hot tea, and the great view of the riverside from the dining area.

The beds were comfortable, the location was excellent for visiting the University of Rochester, and the staff was helpful and cheerful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of items, and the 2 bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel also had a pool and hot tub to relax in.

This hotel is perfect if you want to be close to the University of Rochester. It is located on the Genesee River and within walking distance to the campus. The rooms have great views of the river, and the staff is hospitable and accommodating. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of delicious options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The view of the river from my room was absolutely lovely, making me feel like I had a home on the water. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a pool, hot tub, laundry, and workout room available for guests to use. The location was perfect for me as it was right along the bike path, which was great since I was bicycling the Erie Canal. The breakfast provided a complete cooked meal, and I particularly enjoyed the picturesque seating on the patio overlooking the river. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to take good care of me, from Joanne grilling BBQ for me in the rain to Jim and Dina providing helpful information about the area. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the friendly and helpful staff.

We were impressed with the complimentary breakfast, especially the steel cut oatmeal with apples. The river view was peaceful and the room was immaculate. we would definitely stay here again.

I got locked out of my room on Christmas Day because the card keys were not working. Luckily, the staff was available to fix the issue after an hour of waiting outside. During that time, I was offered a complimentary coffee and muffin, which was nice. the hotel is located near main roads, so it was easy to find my way around. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel was not decorated for Christmas. the heating in my room was not working properly, and it was freezing inside.
