It was just a fitting option for a brief stop-in in Rochester with outstanding value. The staff was friendly and offered a welcome care package for our dog, which was a thoughtful touch. Make sure to ask for a ground floor room if you’re traveling with pets for easy access!

Heating unit malfunctioned and caused discomfort!!! The walls are paper thin—bring earplugs!!! More kitchen utensils would enhance the experience!!! The parking lot is noisy, making it hard to enjoy peace!!!

Waking up to the aroma of delicious breakfast is a treat! The variety of options was impressive, from crispy bacon to fresh fruit, making each morning special.

On the downside, my family's initial concern was the location, as we heard distant gunshots, which made us uncomfortable. This overshadowed some of the positives during our stay.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming. offering great travel tips for Rochester. enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with excellent options like eggs and bacon. The picnic area was lovely to unwind with our dogs. and the Riverwalk was a refreshing spot nearby.

A couple of things could use improvement. the heater was quite loud at night. and we had issues with coffee supplies not being replenished.

The location by the river is beautiful, perfect for walking paths. The breakfast was impressive with lots of options. Room #417 had a parking lot view, which was a letdown. Enjoyed the happy hour with snacks and drinks, making it a fun evening.

The room was spacious with a separate sitting area, and the amenities like a full-sized refrigerator and multiple TVs were a great touch for our family. The breakfast buffet included delicious options like Belgian waffles, which was a highlight. However, the breakfast area staff could improve their friendliness, and the riverfront location didn't feel as safe at times, which was concerning. Overall, it was a comfortable stay that met our needs well.

The lobby was super spacious and perfect for mingling. They had a picnic area outside, which was nice to chill with friends. Few staff were a bit unhelpful when I asked questions, which was kinda frustrating. Overall, a solid experience for our small conference with good food, just needs to work on the service a bit.

Loved the spacious room with a kitchen and nice linens. Surprising river views and great vibes throughout. A solid spot for families with plenty of room to chill.

But good heavens, that laundry situation was a mess—only one washer working! And don’t even get me started on the overnight clerk who seemed to be auditioning for a sleeping role!

Everything was clean, and the quality Dove pump bottle toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. I enjoyed the breezy sun terrace and the relaxing leisure room during my downtime. Just a heads up, the breakfast choices were decent but nothing too special. still, it did the job for the weekend! 😊
