We had a short lay-over and chose Hawthorn for its budget-friendly option. The room, although showing some signs of wear, was clean with a soft mattress and a great shower. The hotel surprised us with a free room upgrade. The location was convenient, with a nearby bus stop and lively streets to explore.

This hotel is amazing! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff here are so helpful, from the friendly receptionist to the sweet cleaner, they all made me feel welcome. The room was great, equipped with everything I needed. I especially loved the balcony and terrace where I could relax and enjoy the view. The spa and wellness center were also fantastic, and I loved having the option to hire a bicycle or go on a tour. it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this venue.

The Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Abu Dhabi City Center exceeded my expectations with its comfortable and clean rooms. The partial view of the sea from the room added a touch of serenity to my stay.

During my stay, I encountered some noise from neighboring rooms, which disrupted the tranquility at times. However, this minor disturbance did not significantly impact my overall positive experience at the hotel.

Complimentary drinks and cookies upon arrival were a nice touch. Location was great with many shops and restaurants nearby. Being able to walk to the beach was a plus.

The room was not clean and had a musty smell. Linens and towels were also old and stained.

Great location directly in the city center, friendly staff, complete amenities. I particularly enjoyed the complete amenities in my room with three beds, and the breakfast with a nice view. The high-level floors also offer very good views.

This hotel is a great location with easy access to a variety of Indian restaurants and the Corniche embankment. Rooms are well-appointed with friendly staff providing exceptional service. Additionally, the hotel offers breakfast at an additional cost and has impressive facilities, including a gym and spa.

The hotel does not provide enough attention to detail for special occasions, forgetting to provide a complimentary cake for guests celebrating an anniversary.

As young holiday goers, we loved the excellent services provided by the staff, especially Erick who maintained the cleanliness of our room with a smile. The room had a beautiful sea view, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We had a great short break at the hotel. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a bike rental nearby for cycling along the corniche. the hotel offered plenty of dining options, both within the hotel and in the local area. the housekeeping was excellent, and the staff members, including the reception, doormen, and cleaners. Special thanks to Mr Abdelrahman, the night manager, for ensuring that the staff provided exceptional service. Highly recommend!

They were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, providing us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. The room was spacious and stylish, with a lovely view. We also enjoyed the services offered by the hotel, such as room service and car hire. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

There is only one minor drawback to this hotel. The parking mainly for residential use, so guests will need to pay extra for parking, which can make the overall price less attractive.
