The location was amazing, nestled in the heart of the cloud forest. the views were breathtaking and it felt like being in a tropical paradise. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs. the rooms were comfortable and cozy, with a wood-burning fireplace that added a special touch to the ambiance.

The road leading to the hotel was in poor condition, which made the journey quite uncomfortable. It was bumpy and seemed to go on forever.
