The hotel owner, who also owned a travel agency, helped us book balloon flights and tours at a very competitive price. We even got a free upgrade to a family room, which was a great experience. The hotel's terrace offered amazing views of the town and landscape, especially at sunrise when we saw the balloons floating by. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main street. The building itself was beautiful and the rooms were well-designed. The staff were super nice and always available to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Cappadocia.

Spent Christmas here and it was an amazing experience. the staff was super friendly and helpful, always available to help us with anything we needed. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a kettle and other nice amenities. the location was perfect, only a short walk to the town center and all the restaurants and shops. the best part was the breathtaking view we got from the terrace, where we saw the hot air balloons fly by during sunrise.

The only downside to this place is that since it's a cave-style accommodation, it can be a bit noisy if people are talking or walking around outside of your room. But it's a small price to pay for such a unique and enjoyable experience.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the town, close to the shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms, especially those in the back with a balcony, offer a great view and are well-furnished. The staff is extremely cooperative and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast provided is nice, with a good selection of options to choose from.

We loved being off the beaten path but still in the heart of the city. The room was spacious with a stunning view of the hot air balloons in the morning. Parking and reliable wifi were a plus. The rooftop restaurant served breakfast with a breathtaking view. The room was spotless.
