The customer service was exceptional, from the warm welcome drink to the attentive staff. We were greeted with friendly smiles wherever we went. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lush foliage and picturesque gardens. Our room had a private backyard hot mineral pool that we thoroughly enjoyed, and there were also shared mineral pools that were never crowded. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The views of the volcano from the hotel were breathtaking, especially from our room's patio. The location was convenient, with affordable shuttles available for exploring the area. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Volcano Lodge to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel surrounded by a beautiful tropical forest. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the view of the mountain and surrounding greenery was stunning. The hotel facilities, including the hot springs and pool, were top-notch. The staff were excellent, with many of them speaking very good English. Additionally, the location was perfect, being close to the Arenal volcano and within reach of activities in the La Fortuna area.

One afternoon, I blissfully lounged in a pool, enjoying the breathtaking view of the volcano and sipping on drinks from the pool bar. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the dinner menu had a good variety of options. Additionally, the hotel's nature trail was a pleasant way to appreciate the stunning scenery and observe the diverse birdlife. I also appreciated the efficiency of the laundry service and the reasonable prices compared to other hotels. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our stay was exceptional near the stunning Arenal volcano and we enjoyed all the great amenities. The restaurant offered delicious food right next to the Arenal volcano, and the location was close enough to everything we needed. Our room was clean, and the housekeeping was excellent.
