I recently stayed at the wonderful Hampton Inn in Albany and had a fantastic experience. The bathroom in my room was exceptional, with a great shower that left me feeling refreshed. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep.

I stayed at Hampton Inn for the Why Don't We concert at the Palace Theatre. The room was spacious and clean, staff were helpful, and breakfast had a satisfying buffet. The valet parking was efficient, and the downtown location was convenient.

Would recommend this hotel.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the valet parking system. As a business traveler, I often need access to my car multiple times and it would have been more convenient to have self-parking available.

Rooms were spacious with a convenient location near the concert venue. Bathroom was large and suitable for multiple occupants getting ready. Coffee facilities in the room and complimentary coffee available at the lobby. Breakfast included and enjoyable. Housekeeping exceeded expectations by cleaning the room to perfection.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is commendable. The location is perfect for downtown concerts and there are plenty of dining options nearby, such as the DP Bistro recommended by the staff. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the basic amenities in the rooms, including comfortable beds and jacuzzi tubs, add an extra touch of comfort to the stay. The breakfast served in the morning offers a variety of healthy options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The hotel is in a great neighborhood, close to historic landmarks. The staff was excellent in giving information about the area. The breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to a popular attraction and had a Jacuzzi tub that my daughter loved. the free breakfast was okay, and the hotel itself was clean.

The services were slow, and the staff was not very attentive. It took a long time to get simple requests fulfilled, such as extra Kleenex or a pillow.

Located in the heart of downtown, this hotel is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and close to the Palace concert hall. The staff is excellent and provide useful information about the area. The hotel is also conveniently located in the capital city.

Parking can be a hassle with poor organization and limited space.
