I recently stayed at a lovely hotel near the coast in Sonoma County. The location was quiet and not-windy, perfect for a peaceful getaway. However, it's important to note that there was an additional charge of $50 that was not mentioned on the website I used to book the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the front desk who provided useful information. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge shower and luxurious bathrobes. The breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining room was delicious, and I enjoyed reading the complimentary local newspaper while enjoying the view of the lush gardens.

One downside was the lack of mention about the TV not working properly in the room. It required an additional fee to make it functional, which was a surprise and inconvenience.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near Drake's restaurant at Bodega Bay Lodge which was absolutely wonderful. The rooms have high ceilings and lots of windows, providing a lovely view of the surroundings. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making for good and thoughtful service levels.

The breakfast at the hotel is mediocre, lacking healthy options and variety.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel on the Sonoma coast. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a lovely pond behind the property. The location was perfect, away from the traffic and in a scenic area not far from the coast. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious.

I had the most amazing stay at a charming property nestled in a serene countryside setting. The room was spacious and clean, and I absolutely loved the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. The staff, especially Martin, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. The grounds were beautiful, with various amenities like a firepit, putting green, and bocce court. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful outdoor activities including bocce ball and a putting green, perfect for families and furry friends. Very close to wine country and scenic views of the Northern California area. Relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, highly recommend for a weekend getaway.

During our stay, we were impressed with the hotel's location. It was so close to the coast that we could feel the fresh breeze in the morning. We particularly enjoyed sitting by the pond in the back area, which felt like a serene hideaway. Additionally, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, perfect for a quick bite or a full meal. Our room was well-appointed with a cozy fireplace and a spacious, comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered plenty of options to start our day off right.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Sonoma Coast Villa. We were attending a wedding and needed an early check-in, which the friendly staff accommodated without any issue. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a jacuzzi bathtub and a cozy fireplace. The location, surrounded by beautiful countryside, was quiet and serene. We also enjoyed the spa, the continental breakfast, and the hiking trails on the grounds. The value for money was exceptional, and we will definitely be returning in the future.
