We had a fantastic stay at Mediterra Residence! From the moment we booked, the property manager Mia provided great communication. Vinko greeted us warmly upon arrival and the renovated unit was beautifully done, with attention to detail. The small touches like the information handbook and Croatian coffee made us feel welcome. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Diocletian's palace, the Riva waterfront, and Bačvice beach. The apartment was new, clean, and had comfortable beds. Goran was amazing and Mia was quick to respond to our requests. We would definitely stay here again!

I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right in the heart of the bustling center but still tucked away in a quiet area. I loved that it was just a short walk to the nearby café where breakfast was served, and the waterfront was also within easy reach. The staff here were absolutely amazing, always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

It was just a short walk to the town, the beach, and the port/bus station. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, with one at the end of the lane called Toc that I particularly enjoyed. the supermarket was conveniently located around the corner. the host at the residence was incredibly helpful and provided great tips on the best restaurants in the area. the apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had a modern kitchen. the bed was comfortable, although it is worth noting that it consisted of two singles pushed together. A nice touch was the bowl of chocolates provided at the reception area.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome package with homemade local liquor, honey with nuts, and biscuits. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the historic city center and the beach. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly service from our host.

There is a lovely outdoor area to relax in. A bowl of chocolates is provided at reception.

The sound from the electric front door can be quite loud, especially for guests on the higher floors.
