Staying at Spirito Santo Palazzo Storico was like stepping into a beautifully curated time capsule! The room we had was stunningly clean, featuring a mix of historic charm and modern comfort—like if a knight in shining armor got a home makeover by an interior designer. The breakfast was a feast, providing a delightful spread of homemade pastries and made-to-order egg dishes that felt like they were crafted with love and a sprinkle of magic. Plus, the staff greeted us with a complimentary glass of wine, sealing the deal on a perfect stay! Exploring the charming cobblestone streets nearby felt like being part of a whimsical Italian fairytale.

Navigating the narrow, pedestrian-only streets to find the hotel can be quite a hassle, especially for those with luggage. The rooms, while stylish, can feel cramped. the deluxe option I wanted was unavailable due to air conditioning issues, and some guests noted the soundproofing between rooms left much to be desired, making for a noisy morning on occasion. The rooftop balcony lacks a bit of decor to match the stunning views, and the bathroom facilities could use more space for some comfort.

You won’t believe the hospitality! The staff greeted us with a crazy good local wine and cheese platter when we arrived, setting the mood right away. And my gosh, when we got caught in a rainstorm after dinner, one of the managers personally came to pick us up! Talk about service! !

The location is wonderful. right in the charming heart of the city with effortless access to nearby attractions. The staff truly shine, offering personalized touches like welcome drinks and outstanding breakfast with homemade breads and local specialties.

The bathroom could use a bit more space for comfort. also, while the atmosphere was cozy, soundproofing could be improved for a quieter morning experience.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, a cozy bar area, and helpful airport shuttle service. The staff really made my first stay special by guiding me to great local spots. I can’t wait to return for a romantic escape!
