The deluxe twin rooms at Anker Hotel were fantastic! The beds were super comfy, and the sofa bed was a great bonus for our group. The room had everything we needed, plus a stunning view of Akerselva and Grünerløkka.

Personally, I found the small double room a bit tight, but others might not mind.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the central station and within easy reach of popular attractions like the Vikings exhibition and the Natural History Museum and Botanical Gardens. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection to start the day off right. the rooms were warm, cosy, and equipped with amenities like a TV and kettle upon request.

I had the best breakfast ever at this hotel! The selection of Nordic foods was outstanding, from smoked mackerel to whole grain wheat pilaf. The variety of breads and crackers, including gluten-free options, was impressive. The quality and taste of the food were top-notch.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as occasional chaos during busy breakfast periods and the absence of an electric jug in the room, the overall experience was positive.

Had a fantastic stay during my city trip! The hotel's location is perfect, situated just a short walk away from the city center and all the main attractions. I loved the delicious breakfast that was included in my room rate. There was a great variety of food options to choose from, including some local cuisine which was a nice little touch. The hotel staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome during my stay.

There were a couple of things that could have been better. The room was quite basic and lacked some necessary amenities, such as a mini fridge and coffee/tea making facilities.
