Cleaning standards seemed inconsistent!!! A few amenities were lacking, like irons in rooms!!! The cramped room sizes make it hard to feel comfortable. Noise disturbances from outside could ruin relaxation!!! Maintenance on elevators is overdue!!!

Location is fantastic! with tram access right outside, making city exploration easy. Friendly staff enhance your experience! breakfast options cater to all tastes.

the location was simply unacceptab-le, having to walk through that dodgy section of Storgata was shocking. also, those room locks? quite unpredictabl-e. worst of all, i asked for a kettle in my room and never received it, it's the least i expect on my trip! i almost wrote a good review! !

We truly appreciated the fantastic location with easy access to local attractions and public transport. The comfortable tables and chairs in the common areas made it a great place to relax or meet with colleagues after a long day. Plus, there was a handy shop nearby for travel tickets, which made our arrangements seamless.

We found the absence of air conditioning made our room quite stuffy at times.

Superb location with a tram stop right across, so getting around was a breeze! The rooms were comfy and breakfast was pretty awesome. I asked for a tea kettle at the front desk, and it appeared in no time. Just a heads-up, the elevator could use a little TLC. it had some quirks. Can recommend the snack bar for a quick bite!

Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, with heated floors that added a touch of luxury, complemented by a superb breakfast selection that kept us fueled throughout the day and a convenient location just a short walk from the nearest tram station for easy city exploration.

The breakfast buffet was impressive, featuring a wide selection including delicious Angus beef. However, some issues with cleanliness and maintenance were noted, with a particularly concerning shower curtain that was stained brown. Although the rooftop view was stunning, access was limited to certain hours, which was disappointing.

the shower took a bit to warm up , but we asked for a room with a city view above the 10th floor, and it was beautiful! breakfast had lots of options, and check-in was super fast. 😊
