New hotel with friendly and efficient staff. Excellent location, just a short walk from the city center. Wide range of amenities such as a water park, great pools, and several restaurants and bars. Beautiful and clean rooms. Personalized welcome note in the room was a nice surprise. Would recommend to friends and family.

We were impressed by the delicious food at the restaurants! The Italian restaurant had exceptional service and food, and we appreciated the variety of options at the buffet. The beach was beautiful and relaxing, and we enjoyed the variety of drinks available at the bars. The room was spacious and clean. we had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive resort! Despite some minor inconveniences, we would definitely recommend it to others.

The location of this resort is great, right on the beach under the big leaf-umbrellas providing ample shade and close to the different on-site restaurants. The pool area is also very nice and beautiful with great views of the cruise ships that dock in front of the hotel.

The staff could use some improvement when it comes to being welcoming and cheerful. Some guests reported feeling ignored or not receiving the same level of attention as others.

I had a fantastic time at Mangrove Beach Resort! My fiancée and I stayed for a week and were blown away by the amazing food at the BBQ Restaurant. The pools were great, and we especially loved the water park. The staff, especially Duska and Jennifer, went above and beyond to help us plan a memorable moment. The property was stunning, clean, and the staff was super friendly. We can't wait to come back soon!

During our xmas holiday, we had a fantastic stay in a new and lovely building. the pool was fantastic and easy to access and the beach bar was close by, which was perfect for a change. the water sports activities were amazing. the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when we asked for a new room on the bottom floor as we were travelling with a baby. We were offered two complementary facts as well, which made our stay even more enjoyable. the serene view from our room was an unmissable advantage.

The food at the all-you-can-eat restaurant was boring and overcooked for the price we paid. the cleaning of the room was inconsistent, and the wardrobe was unusable due to immense condensation from the AC unit.

This hotel is a true luxury oasis that exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the exclusive amenities such as the infinity pool and sun loungers that gave us an unparalleled and relaxing experience. the live entertainment program and the location advantages of being close to the city centre were an added bonus. the restaurant and snack bar offerings were diverse, with superb cuisine choices. the private facilities were amazing, and our room advantages were exclusive and comfortable.

everything else made up for it, and we never truly felt bothered by it.
