The location of this hotel is great, with many good restaurants, bars, and casinos just a short walk away. The hotel is not too big, which makes it feel cozy and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed during our stay. The rooms are modern and clean, and the pool and jacuzzi area is open 24/7. There is also a grocery store right across the hotel, which is very convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always ready to answer any questions we had and provide professional and pleasant service. The front entrance sitting area was beautifully designed and provided a nice place to relax. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the nearby beach, which was very convenient. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious bakery that is just around the corner, as well as the various eating spots and a grocery store located right across the street. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, although we did feel that the bathroom could use more lighting. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that we truly appreciated.

As youngsters, we loved the friendly staff, fresh egg and omelet option at breakfast, and the free shuttle to the beach. The beach was fantastic!

We had a great Easter stay at this hotel! the beach shuttle was a convenient and enjoyable service. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

On the downside, our room was not cleaned promptly despite multiple requests. There was also a lot of noise from construction and a group of bikers outside, which made it difficult to relax.

We absolutely loved this place! The location was fantastic, just a short ride away from the historic old town area. Plus, having a supermarket right in front was incredibly convenient. We also appreciated the option to use Uber for transportation, which was cheaper than taking a taxi. Another highlight was the exceptional service from check-in to check-out. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel truly welcome.

We stayed in a centrally located hotel that was within reach of all the places we wanted to go. It was a quick ride to a nearby beach and just a few minutes away from the San Juan airport. Our room was well-kept, and the bed was comfy. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet in the morning.

The staff member who checked us in at the hotel was quite rude and unprofessional - which made us feel unwelcome.

The hotel staff was great, especially Ernesto the valet. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

We also enjoyed the amenities such as the gym, pool, and hot tub, which were open late. The hotel is conveniently located in the Condado area, close to the airport and within walking distance to Condado beach. Additionally, there is a 24-hour grocery store across the street, making it easy to grab anything we needed. we were impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and location of this hotel.

The staff were very helpful! Loved the shuttle to the beach, beach amenities, and pool. The food at the cafe was great too. Front desk provided reassurance during hurricane season.
