The room was exceptional! Decor was updated, large, and very clean, the bathroom was large and nicely decorated. The outdoor pool and hot tub were still open after Labor Day, making for a perfect evening. The location on Lake Huron's lakefront was stunning, and the communal campfire added a cozy touch to our stay. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like Mackinac Bridge and Father Marquette National Memorial enhanced our family bonding experience. Breakfast could improve, but the relaxation facilities and nearby attractions truly made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel's cozy and homey ambiance was just right for us seniors. The gentle lighting and comfortable furniture made us feel at ease, and the layout of the buildings made it easy to access the amenities. The lush green lawns and picturesque lake view were a delight for the eyes and perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the easy stroll to the bonfire area was a lovely way to spend the evenings.

I would have appreciated a little more support from the children of the staff for senior-friendly activities.

The sunrise strolls along the shoreline were truly enchanting. It felt like being in a fairytale, with the sun peeking over the horizon, casting a golden glow on the tranquil waters. It was a magical experience, almost like being in a painting.

My stay at Best Western was amazing! The hotel had a beautiful view of Lake Huron, and my room had a balcony where I could enjoy my coffee every morning. I also appreciated the convenience of the golf cart that transported guests up the hill to the breakfast area. The property was well-maintained and the staff was friendly and responsive. The outdoor and indoor pools, campfire, and playground were added bonuses. it was a great experience!

Convenient location near ferry. Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfy beds. Free breakfast and nice pools. Enjoyed lakeview balcony with beautiful sunrise views. Bonfires overlooking lake were a great experience. Will return to Best Western for future stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The male employees who greeted us were friendly and awesome. Our 2 bedroom room exceeded our expectations with a gorgeous view of the lake and two sliding doors to walk out onto the decks. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff made sure everyone was well taken care of. The hotel facilities were large and clean, with indoor and outdoor pools and a bonfire by the water. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to the nearby Mackinac Island ferry, making it very convenient for us to explore the area.

My family and I recently stayed at Best Western in Saint Ignace for a weekend getaway. We were thrilled with the location, as it offered a private beach right on Lake Huron. The beach was well-maintained and provided a perfect place for relaxation. Another highlight of our stay was the delightful breakfast. The staff worked diligently to ensure that the buffet was well-stocked with a wide variety of freshly cooked items, cereals, fruit, and yogurt. The extra touch of having an employee shuttle guests to breakfast on a small cart added to the overall positive experience. Our young children especially loved the pools and the park, and they eagerly looked forward to the "silly bus" ride to the lobby each morning. The attentive and kind staff, along with the immaculate grounds, made our stay truly wonderful.

The hotel's proximity to the activities of St. Ignace made it convenient for exploring the area. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were well-equipped with a refrigerator. The breakfast selection was excellent, with several generous gluten-free options available. the attention to detail and the value for money were exceptional.

Great stay at Best Western Harbour Pointe! Rooms were spacious, modern, and immaculately clean. Enjoyed the open outdoor pool and hot tub post-Labor Day. Lovely lakeside view. Outstanding breakfast service with plentiful options. Convenient location near the dock and dining spots. Friendly and responsive front desk staff.

The free shuttle to the Kewadin Casino was a lifesaver - we went there for some wild fun and it was only a quick ride away. Plus, the convenient day trips to Mackinac Island were epic - just a short walk to catch the ferry. And let me tell you, the parasailing offered here was next-level!

The only thing that would've made our stay even better is if the hotel had more nighttime entertainment options for young party animals like us. A cool hangout spot or a dance floor would have been lit!

My stay at Best Western was amazing! The hotel offered stunning views, clean and spacious rooms, and a friendly receptionist. I had a perfect plan to relax and enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. However, there were some guests smoking marijuana, which made it impossible for me to be on the balcony due to the strong smell. I had to spend the day driving around instead. Despite this, the room was immaculate and well-equipped, and the location was conveniently close to shops and restaurants. I will definitely book a future stay at Best Western.

We loved the location right on the waterfront, close to the ferry and with an amazing view of Lake Huron. The service from front desk to housekeeping was excellent; staff was friendly and quick to help for any request. The leisure facilities were great, especially the indoor and outdoor swimming pools with jacuzzi and the sun terrace. The area is perfect for activities like hiking, cycling and golfing.
