Great fit for a brief pause in Saint Ignace with reasonable price. Breakfast spread was amazing.

The room was exceptional! Decor was updated, large, and very clean, the bathroom was large and nicely decorated. The outdoor pool and hot tub were still open after Labor Day, making for a perfect evening. The location on Lake Huron's lakefront was stunning, and the communal campfire added a cozy touch to our stay. The hotel's proximity to landmarks like Mackinac Bridge and Father Marquette National Memorial enhanced our family bonding experience. Breakfast could improve, but the relaxation facilities and nearby attractions truly made our stay enjoyable.

the staff was friendly and cheerful, the pools were amazing, and the sunset on the beach was stunning. the lawns were gorgeous, beautifully landscaped, and very quiet at night, allowing us to sleep well. the breakfast was very good and the facility was clean and safe. we will definitely return here for another wonderful vacation experience.

The hotel's cozy and homey ambiance was just right for us seniors. The gentle lighting and comfortable furniture made us feel at ease, and the layout of the buildings made it easy to access the amenities. The lush green lawns and picturesque lake view were a delight for the eyes and perfect for relaxation. Additionally, the easy stroll to the bonfire area was a lovely way to spend the evenings.

I would have appreciated a little more support from the children of the staff for senior-friendly activities.

Great Location and Excellent Service

The breakfast was fantastic, and the location by the lake was breathtaking. the staff was incredibly accommodating, even though the beds could definitely use an upgrade. Overall, a pleasant stay with memorable views and superb service.

The sunrise strolls along the shoreline were truly enchanting. It felt like being in a fairytale, with the sun peeking over the horizon, casting a golden glow on the tranquil waters. It was a magical experience, almost like being in a painting.

Room layout was unexpected.

The staff at this hotel are like a family - they remember every detail and are extremely accommodating. From the super friendly front desk to the wonderful ladies who run the amazing and clean breakfast, the service is up to date. the location directly overlooking the lake with an easy walk to the ferry terminal to the Island is beautiful in late summer and early fall. the grounds are pretty and well kept by a seemingly large busy staff. the covered deck area for breakfast is a lovely spot to start your day off right, well-stocked with every kind of food a person could want. Shuttle service was very helpful and the staff to ferry were very nice. the swimming pool is great, and the outdoor picnic area is a nice touch too.

The housekeeping being a bit too eager on the morning of check out. It would have been better if they respected the check-out time.

The hotel had a beautiful view of Lake Huron, and my room had a balcony where I could enjoy my coffee every morning. I also appreciated the convenience of the golf cart that transported guests up the hill to the breakfast area. the property was well-maintained and the staff was friendly and responsive. the outdoor and indoor pools, campfire, and playground were added bonuses. it was a great experience!

Convenient location near ferry. Friendly staff, clean rooms with comfy beds. Free breakfast and nice pools. Enjoyed lakeview balcony with beautiful sunrise views. Bonfires overlooking lake were a great experience. Will return to Best Western for future stays.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our spacious room had a beautiful lake view with a balcony. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety. The gym could benefit from traditional dumbbells. Despite the pre-charge issue, our overall experience was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The male employees who greeted us were friendly and awesome. Our 2 bedroom room exceeded our expectations with a gorgeous view of the lake and two sliding doors to walk out onto the decks. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff made sure everyone was well taken care of. The hotel facilities were large and clean, with indoor and outdoor pools and a bonfire by the water. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation to the nearby Mackinac Island ferry, making it very convenient for us to explore the area.

My family and I recently stayed at Best Western in Saint Ignace for a weekend getaway. We were thrilled with the location, as it offered a private beach right on Lake Huron. The beach was well-maintained and provided a perfect place for relaxation. Another highlight of our stay was the delightful breakfast. The staff worked diligently to ensure that the buffet was well-stocked with a wide variety of freshly cooked items, cereals, fruit, and yogurt. The extra touch of having an employee shuttle guests to breakfast on a small cart added to the overall positive experience. Our young children especially loved the pools and the park, and they eagerly looked forward to the "silly bus" ride to the lobby each morning. The attentive and kind staff, along with the immaculate grounds, made our stay truly wonderful.

Staff were friendly and professional, especially during check-in. The location was convenient and close to town shops and restaurants. The indoor and outdoor pools were also a great bonus, providing towels for use.

Stayed in a building on the lakefront. Loved waking up to the breathtaking view of Lake Michigan every morning. The sound of the waves was so relaxing. Room was clean and staff was friendly. I highly recommend this hotel!
