Location was perfect for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast service was really slow, took forever to get coffee.

Our room had a cozy vibe and the views were stunning. The staff gave us a nice bottle of wine for Valentine’s, which added a special touch.

It wasn’t the cheapest option but we felt it was worth it.

Super spacious room with no carpet, which is a huge plus for pet owners. Amazing pool with a no kids rule after 5pm. Great bar by the pool. Staff were awesome, offered early check-in. Perfect location near Publix and The Island. The fitness center was a nice touch. Room had great amenities like a fridge, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries.

The Wayback in Pigeon Forge boasts a fantastic location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The pool area is a highlight, especially with its adults-only policy after 5 PM. take caution with parking and ensure to check room cleanliness upon arrival.

Perfectly situated for exploring Pigeon Forge's top attractions

During my stay, I loved how easy it was to walk to the nearby attractions like The Island, which is just a few steps away, making it super convenient for a weekend of exploring, and with amazing spots like Paula Deen's restaurant and fun activities like the Comedy Barn right across the street, I felt like there was always something to check out nearby; the pool area was great and the staff were friendly too! But there were a few mix-ups with my reservations that could have been handled better.

I could see The Killbillies, a hillbilly twist on The Beverly Hillbillies. The Island Fountain was mesmerizing and fun for my family. The free breakfast had a good variety, including yummy waffles.

So enjoyable hearing my neighbors' conversations in bed.

The location was absolutely fantastic, we were able to walk to so many great restaurants and attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. The room itself was spacious and I particularly loved the fireplace, it added such a cozy touch to our stay. there were a few things that could have been better. The laminate tiles in our room were lifting up, which was a bit of a letdown. our room had a not-so-great view of parked cars right outside our window, blocking out natural light. Plus, the noise from outside wasn't well insulated, so we could hear a lot of outside sounds throughout the night. On the bright side, the room was pet-friendly and had no carpeting, which was a huge plus for us. The staff was friendly, but we did have an issue with our room reservation not being honored, we had requested a first-floor room but ended up on the top floor without much explanation. The Wayback has its positives but also has room for improvement in terms of room maintenance and noise insulation. Would I stay here again? Maybe, if they address some of these issues. But for now, it's a mixed bag experience.

I appreciated the spacious, pet-friendly room with non-carpeted floors, eliminating pet odors. However, the small parking lot and lack of designated pet area were slight inconveniences.

Spent Xmas here and loved it! The remodel was fantastic, and the pool area was a hit! Super close to The Islands for shopping and entertainment. Staff was lovely, and rooms were spacious with a cozy fireplace.

Water pressure was a tad low, and the parking lot was tight. A designated pet area would be nice as there isn't much grass for furry friends.

The outdoor pool area was pure bliss with sun loungers and a fun airstream bar! The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to offer us early check-in. Plus, the location is unbeatable—steps away from great dining and entertainment!

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean rooms, which is a must. my birthday visit was marred by a messy check-in. A misunderstanding about extending my stay led to unnecessary frustration. The pool area was excellent—adults-only after 5 PM was a lovely touch. The food and drink service were commendable. Easy access to nearby attractions made the location ideal. But, the room didn't match expectations. A basement feel, minimal daylight, and parking right outside ruined the view. Noise from the stairs was disruptive. Communication needs fine-tuning. With some adjustments, this place could be really great. I’ll consider a return, but only with a better room option next time.
