The location of the hotel is ideal, with easy access to Ayia Napa and the water park. It is also conveniently close to the center of Protaras, while still offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities such as a fridge, TV, and safe. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, allowing guests to sample different dishes. Additionally, the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The cleaning service could be improved, as there were some issues with stains on the furniture and lack of thorough cleaning in the rooms.

We recently went on a romantic escape and had a great time. The rooms were always clean and well attended to by the maids. The food at dinner was delicious and always had a great selection. The location was great as it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The pool area was also a highlight of our stay, and it was nice to be able to relax by the pool and soak up the sun.

There were a few negatives that we encountered during our stay. The sunbeds were old and could do with replacing as they were not very comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and I can't wait to come back next year. The staff were great and even remembered me from my previous stay. The food was delicious with a good variety, and I especially enjoyed the themed nights. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet area but with the beach just a short stroll away. The rooms were comfortable and had amazing views, especially from the recently renovated bathrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Adelais Bay! The location was perfect - quiet yet close to the beach and city center. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. The pool was lovely and the mattress on the bed was very comfortable. But the best part was the view from our room. We had a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and witnessed beautiful sunrises every morning. We would definitely stay here again.
