Nothing not to love.

From the moment I arrived, the exclusive amenities here made for a luxurious stay. the service was impeccable, with attentive staff always at hand to assist. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, offering an incredible menu of treatments that truly relaxed and rejuvenated me. the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor pool were all equally impressive. the tropical garden area with sun loungers and a sun terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun and taking in the beautiful surroundings. the full-body massage I had was one of the best I've had in a long time, leaving me feeling truly pampered.

this was only a minor issue that was easily remedied by visiting the poolside snack bar for a quick bite beforehand.

The hotel needs to improve its organization of transportation and English language proficiency among the staff.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, and the all-inclusive package was definitely worth it. the size of the beach area was just right, not too crowded. the valet service also made parking a breeze. the hotel was located in a great area, with many attractions to explore. the spa services were top-notch, and the staff was always willing to help.

The language barrier with some of the staff was a bit of an issue, making it hard to communicate even for basic needs. Another downside was that the cot provided for my baby was quite old and unsafe.
