The beach and bungalow were amazing, with a superb atmosphere. Suzanne was accommodating when our refrigerator didn't work, they brought in a new one. The spacious and updated rooms exceeded expectations. The friendly owner and staff even offered remedies when my daughter fell sick.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach which is not crowded at all. The hotel facilities were excellent, with everything I needed for a relaxing beach vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I also loved that the hotel was in close quarters, making it easy to get to and from the beach. this hotel provided a fantastic experience with its cleanliness, great amenities, and convenient location near the ocean.

We loved the tranquil and mellow atmosphere of this hotel. The beautiful grounds provided a peaceful setting with stunning grass and a direct access to the beach. The patio areas with grills were perfect for relaxing and enjoying a barbecue, as all the necessary equipment was provided. The staff was lovely and the hotel was very family-friendly, with a nice playroom for kids and plenty of beach toys and boogie boards.

We stayed at this hotel during Easter weekend and had a great time. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach. the rooms were spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We also loved the outdoor areas, such as the fire pit and hammocks, which provided a great atmosphere to relax and enjoy the beautiful weather.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. there was no balcony in our room, which was disappointing as we were hoping for a nice outdoor space to enjoy the view.

The Beach Place Guesthouses is a hidden gem with stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond in assisting guests and even allowed us to stay after check-out, providing amenities like showers and sunbathing areas. The beach is easily accessible and we loved using the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and umbrellas. The outdoor amenities, including hammocks, deck chairs, grills, and fire pits. this place is perfect for those looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

We loved this hotel! The location is amazing! There is an incredible view of the ocean and grocery stores are just nearby. We also enjoyed the really comfortable rooms with sitting areas and patios. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. They have lots of amenities like room service, shops and commercial services. We loved the outdoor spaces, such as the barbeque grills, sun loungers, beach umbrellas and garden areas. They also had a fitness club and game room which we enjoyed. we had a lovely time here.

Another wonderful stay at Beach Place! The location is tucked away, making you feel miles away from everything. It's quiet, relaxing, and the accommodations and staff make you feel at home. The beach is beautiful and just minutes away from the heart of Cocoa Beach. Perfect! I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this secluded beach cottage! the staff was friendly and the rooms were incredibly clean. It felt like our own private oasis, with beautiful grounds and a short walk to the beach. the beach itself was never crowded, and we loved having comfy chairs provided. the relaxing atmosphere, complete with hammocks and loungers, made our stay truly enjoyable.
