We had a surprisingly good stay at a budget hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was simple but good. Spent New Year at an alternative hotel in a picturesque Prague quarter. This hotel had a friendly staff and offered a free computer to use in the reception area. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of eggs and other options. Location was key, as it was close to the city centre and there were many restaurants, bars and shops in the area.

Room had poor sound isolation, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. to that, there were major challenges with water pressure and temperature.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the family room was spacious and like an apartment, breakfast had plenty of options, convenient location near tram and bus stations.

The service here was top-notch, with amenities like car hire, dry cleaning, and bicycle hire available. The housekeeping was excellent, keeping the rooms tidy and clean. I also appreciated the range of room amenities offered, such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel also had a lovely garden area where I could relax and unwind.
