fantastic views, great breakfast, perfect location

I can't believe how poorly our room was handled. We asked for housekeeping to clean while we were out, and they ignored it. Plus, staff barged in without knocking—thankfully I had the deadbolt on. Super unsettling!

Fantastic location, just a short walk to Times Square. The shower had great pressure, and the quick hot water was a bonus. the room felt cramped compared to photos, and I unexpectedly paid extra for my fourth guest. A $150 deposit wasn’t budgeted, either. Despite that, I enjoyed the stunning rooftop bar—but make reservations ahead! Crowded lobby and a long wait for valet were frustrating. Extra hangers never arrived after asking late at night, and the bed was lumpy. with free drinks and a decent breakfast menu, it still felt like good value for a city stay.

Comfortable room, comfortable location with convenient access to the bus and subway stations for easy exploration of the city and proximity to Bryant Park, making it perfect for a quick getaway.

The location was a dream - just steps from the subway and the bustling energy of the city! Our room was tiny but beautifully modern and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredible, especially Damon and Aliz, who made us feel right at home! Plus, the rooftop bar is a must-visit for an unforgettable view!

The location is unbeatable for sightseeing, with public transport and restaurants steps away. The deluxe room on the 35th floor offered fantastic views of the Empire State Building. Clean, modern, cozy beds—but not oversized. Housekeeping was mostly attentive, but occasional lapses in replenishing essentials were frustrating. Staff were exceptional, always ready to assist. The rooftop bar had a great atmosphere, but accessibility was a concern. The gym was adequate, though it lacked variety. Slow elevators were an annoying reality, particularly for an upscale place. Valet service was hit or miss. With some improvements, this could truly be an excellent stay. Worth considering, but with caution.

Perfectly Situated for Exploring Manhattan's Best Attractions!

I absolutely loved how centrally situated this hotel is, being less than a 10-minute walk from iconic destinations like Times Square, where the energy is electric, and Madison Square Garden, which is perfect for catching a concert or event! The hotel itself is modern and comfortable, with in-room amenities like a coffee maker and steamer that made my stay even better. I just wish the elevator service was quicker, as it could be a bit slow during peak times.

The room was notably small, barely allowing space to move around comfortably. The bed, while comfortable, was a tight fit for two adults. Temperature control was adequate, but noise levels were disruptive; thin walls meant we often heard our neighbors late at night. The balcony, intended as a retreat, was uninviting with half-dead plants and cigarette butts strewn about. Cushions were soaked from rain and not replaced when requested.

Aliz Hotel Times Square is ideally situated in central Manhattan, offering a great view and quiet nights from higher floors. The staff were exceptional, assisting with luggage storage and directions. While the amenities could use improvement, the location alone makes it a worthwhile stay.

Super friendly staff at the front desk. Got a $25 token for the restaurant and two drink vouchers. The bar on the 42nd floor has stunning views at night! Room was clean and comfy, with good amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom. The fitness center was nice too. A bit noisy waiting for the elevator, but overall a solid stay.

Loved the welcome drinks and food voucher at check-in! The room had an amazing view of Times Square, and the rooftop bar is a must – just remember to book it!
