We had an amazing stay here! The location is perfect - close to public transport and within easy walking distance to sightseeing. The service from the staff was exceptional, with warm hospitality and good service. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need and are very comfortable. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition and we loved relaxing here!

We would definitely recommend this place to friends - there's nothing negative to say about it at all! The overall experience was fantastic and we would love to come back again.

Perfect location near old town and Palladium shopping center. Rooms were recently renovated and very clean. Comfy bed, great bathroom. Excellent breakfast with fair prices. Lunch/dinner menu also well-priced, had an outstanding burger. Staff incredibly friendly and welcoming. Bar well-stocked and reasonably priced. Robots collecting dirty dishes a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even surprised us with a birthday cake. The hotel is in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk to the main square and attractions. It is conveniently located near the train station and has great access to public transport. The rooms were clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and the staff was helpful and attentive. The bar area had a good atmosphere and happy hour deals.

The wellness facilities were not included in the hotel stay and required an additional fee to use.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the room. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the location was just a short stroll from some fantastic restaurants. Despite previous reviews we found the beds comfortable and had a great night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel.

The breakfast spread was quite good, and the coffee was strong enough to keep us going in the morning. the bed was pretty comfortable and the room was quite spacious. the location of the hotel was pretty convenient, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

The air conditioning in the room was noisy and leaked on the carpet which was pretty annoying. the housekeeping staff didn’t do a great job cleaning the room - we found some hairs in the shower.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations! the luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs. the spa & wellness centre has a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage facilities. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing. the leisure/TV room was great for entertainment. the exclusive room advantages were impressive. the restaurant served delicious food and in-room breakfast was a lovely touch. the bar/lounge area was perfect for a nightcap. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide range of options in the restaurant buffet. the private facilities were exceptional. the location advantages were perfect and close to everything.

The only minor issue was that the parking was unreliable, and staff did not offer a solution. this did not take away from my overall great experience at this venue.
