The hotel's unique architecture and stunning mountain views made for an impressive stay. I particularly enjoyed the lovely wellness facilities, which were exceptional. The room was spacious and immaculate, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The complimentary bus tickets were a nice touch!

The hotel boasts breathtaking views and captivating historic architecture, making it a visual delight. The spacious rooms are exceptionally clean, and breakfast offered tasty prosciutto with Champagne—a nice touch!

However, the service is inconsistent. The lack of air conditioning made nights uncomfortable, and staff at times seemed unfriendly. The spa lack facilities and felt more clinical than relaxing.

Dining offered award-winning local meats, with breakfast featuring an impressive variety, though the absence of freshly made items was noted. A seamless ride on the funicular added convenience, but the décor needs an update. the faux marble tiles detracted from the overall elegance. Despite the picturesque surroundings and friendly staff, the hotel feels like it's in decline, which somewhat overshadows the experience.

Just a good pick for a brief retreat in Karlovy Vary with good value. The staff at the lounge bar were super friendly and made the experience enjoyable with their engaging conversation. If you like a place with a nice outdoor area, check that out.

My stay at this beautiful hotel was fantastic! The spacious superior room was immaculate, and I loved the exceptional wellness facilities. However, the beds could use more comfort. I'd definitely return!
