The staff is polite, helpful, and allows guests to store luggage before check-in.

Some guests reported issues with the shower door, which led to water puddles on the floor during showers.

At Christmas, I had a less than satisfactory experience at a hotel in the area. However, there were some positives that stood out. they offered guests complimentary cookies and hot cocoa, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near some great restaurants and shops, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. Lastly, I really appreciated the speedy and responsive housekeeping staff.

My stay was far from perfect. The hotel itself was outdated and in need of some serious renovations.

We absolutely loved staying at this venue. The location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily explore the area on foot. Moreover, we appreciated the quiet residential area that surrounded this hotel, which provided us with a serene location to rest after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, we were happy to find several dining options within a few minutes' walk from here.
