We were very pleased with our stay at this luxurious hotel. The rooms were impeccably clean and the bathrooms were meticulously maintained by the attentive housekeeping staff. Enjoyed the Christmas decorations at the hotel and the cozy ambiance it created. Location was great, as it was nearby popular attractions and offered beautiful scenery. the breakfast was satisfying with a decent selection of options to choose from.

The room was uncomfortably warm with no air conditioning, and opening the window was not an option due to the loud noise. the staff would take cigarette breaks outside our room, making it difficult to sleep at times.

The hotel's location is surrounded by beautiful nature, with a serene area in front of the hotel featuring a lovely fountain and nice trees. This creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for those who want to be in direct touch with nature. the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with modern smart TVs and a warm bathroom, which is great during colder weather. The cleaning staff does an excellent job, ensuring that the rooms and bathrooms are precisely clean.

I had a very comfortable and clean room at Imperial Casino. The bathroom was spotless and the modern smart TV was a nice touch. Despite the casino atmosphere, the rooms were quiet and I had a peaceful stay. The location was also great for hiking and day trips to Passau. I would recommend this hotel.
