wifi was ineffective

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the famous Charles Bridge and the vibrant Old Town. The neighborhood was beautiful and lively, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The tram station was also close, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were spacious, bright, and clean, with well-equipped kitchens and good-sized bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service, and there were even free parking spaces available nearby.

The noise from the tram and nearby restaurant, which could sometimes disturb sleep.

I recently stayed in a place that was close to all the popular tourist spots. The location was great, with restaurants, sights, and a tram stop right outside the apartments. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service was friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with everything.

I did have an issue with the wifi. It wasn't working during my stay and despite reporting it, there was no improvement.

Spent Christmas at an amazing apartment with our family. the staff welcomed us with chocolates and a bottle of wine which was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the Christmas markets and all the holiday cheer. We loved the spacious living area where we could all relax comfortably and play board games. the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our festive meals.

The apartment was a bit noisy due to the traffic outside, but we were prepared with earplugs. we had trouble with the heating system, it was a bit too warm and we couldn't seem to adjust it properly.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the old town and even less to some of the beautiful river parks. It is close to very nice places to eat and within walking distance to the main tourist attractions. The hotel is far enough away from the main hustle of the City Centre, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, allowing guests to prepare their own meals.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, right on top of the metro and very close to the city center. It was also conveniently located just across the river from downtown. The tram station was only a 3-minute walk away, but we could also easily walk into the town center. The room was clean and had water waiting for us upon arrival. The apartment had a beautiful balcony with a view of the town. The wifi was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom in the apartment was quite small.

Clean and beautiful hotel with a unique charm. We felt extra safe with the buzzer entry system. Quiet location, with only a slight noise from the passing tram. We slept soundly with the window open both nights. The hotel's proximity to train stops made transportation easy. Staff was incredibly helpful in guiding us on tram routes and stops.
