Welcoming and traditional property with a touch of nature. Sun room available for guest use. Well-equipped, clean bedrooms with a touch of luxury. Whisky, hair dryer, TV, kettle provided. Comfortable beds and great facilities. Wonderful breakfast with homemade jams, honey, cereals, fruits, and tea/coffee. Friendly and knowledgeable host.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The attention to detail in this hotel is remarkable, from the charming Victorian decor to the crisp white sheets in our room with a lovely view over to the other side of the valley. The location in the quiet, lovely village of Strathpeffer is absolutely delightful. We enjoyed the serene atmosphere and the stunning views over the leafy Strathpeffer. The breakfasts were an absolute highlight, with fresh eggs from the resident chickens and homemade jams that added a delightful touch.

All was just perfect, nothing to improve upon!

Nothing everything was great.

The bedroom and en-suite were spacious and comfortable with a surprising four-poster bed, perfect for a relaxing stay. The owner's warm welcome and the abundance of interesting artifacts in the house created a unique and inviting atmosphere. The location, set in beautiful grounds, was just a short walk away from the center of the charming spa town, offering plenty of opportunities for exploration. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, providing a perfect base to explore the beautiful spa town and local walks. A Hidden Gem!

We stayed at a charming B&B in the Scottish Highlands for a wedding nearby. The accommodation was superb, with cozy and clean rooms offering stunning views of the surrounding hills. The host, Fiona, provided a scrumptious breakfast with homemade delicacies. The warm and homely atmosphere made us feel relaxed, and Fiona's clear instructions ensured we could come in late without worries. We had a great time and would love to return for a longer stay. I highly recommend this delightful place.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Holly Lodge. Fiona, our hostess, was incredibly welcoming and prepared. The house itself is a beautiful victorian building with a fascinating history. Our bedroom was exceptionally comfortable and clean, with a luxurious massive bed and fresh flowers. The extra touches provided by Fiona were delightful surprises that added to the overall experience. Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food served in a stunning dining room. We were also pleased to see that families with children were equally welcomed, and the provision of traditional games for the kids was a nice touch.

We had an amazing stay in this charming lodge situated in a convenient location. It was just a short walk to the village center, where we found some great restaurants to dine at. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with antique furniture and stunning views over the village. The ensuite bathroom had a powerful shower that was perfect for starting the day. The friendly owners made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including homemade oatcakes and jam. a delightful experience.

The bathroom window could benefit from having a venetian or roller blind for extra privacy.

Stayed in a beautiful Victorian house for the weekend. the location was perfect, close to castles and walks, and with great views. the breakfast served in the traditional dining room was extensive, with an array of cereals, muesli, yoghurt, and juice. Staff was friendly and provided homemade porridge, which was delicious. Also appreciated was the antique furniture in the rooms, which gave an excellent touch of class.

The bathroom looked clean, but the toilet had not been thoroughly cleaned. the shower had low water pressure making it challenging to take a proper shower.

I had an incredible stay at Holly Lodge and I can't wait to return! The Tower Room was absolutely stunning with its beautiful views and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the value for money was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and comfortable stay.
