I recently stayed at a hotel in the Nykobing Falster area and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. the value for money was excellent - I felt like I got more than what I paid for. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. I loved the old-style rooms, which added a unique charm to my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated on the highway to Gedser. Lastly, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious - it definitely set me up for the day ahead.

I did notice one minor aspect that could be improved.

Friendly, helpful staff despite ongoing construction. Great breakfast. Facilities satisfactory. Rooms clean but tired. Common areas and new breakfast area renovated and pleasant.

Friendly and efficient service

During my recent stay at a hotel in the charming area near Nykøbing/Falster, I was delighted with the service provided. The staff at the reception were quick to respond and offered us a suitable room at a reasonable price, considering it was peak season. Although the rooms appeared slightly outdated, they were clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was satisfactory, although the shower could use some modernization. However, the standout experience was the helpfulness of the staff. When I accidentally set the alarm clock two hours ahead, they promptly rectified the mistake. I had a pleasant stay, and despite a few minor flaws, I would recommend this hotel.

Over New Year's, I stayed at a hotel that had amazing food and a great location. The restaurant menu offered a variety of choices which were very tasty. The hotel was located in a great spot that allowed me to easily visit nearby attractions and events. The beds were also comfortable and the room was pretty spacious.

The downsides of the hotel were not enjoyable. The rooms were extremely old and not well-maintained which made it hard to relax there. Moreover, the customer service was terrible as the staff made snarky comments when being asked for help. There were also no amenities that one could enjoy during their stay. The overall atmosphere was not pleasing.
