the staff were friendly and helpful, and we were even offered a room upgrade to a suite upon check-in, which we gladly accepted. the room had beautiful views of the city, including the lights at Tivoli Gardens. the living room was spacious and had a comfortable sofa bed, while the bedroom had a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food, although there was an issue with bacon being added to some dishes. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to transportation, dining options, and convenience stores.
