We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean and modern, with a comfortable lobby and cocktail bar. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, always friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from Tivoli, the city center, and the Christmas markets. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and set us up for the day.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location near the Town Hall Square and close to the metro and railway stations. Exploring the city on foot was easy and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the clean and spacious restaurant provided a great start to the day. The hotel provided all the necessary facilities we needed, including a large TV, kettle, iron, and body lotion. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more comfortable.

The beds were so comfy and the rooms were stylish and well-designed. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the city center and within walking distance to the Central Station and other sights. The staff were helpful and the cocktail bar in the hotel was a nice touch. Plus, the triple glazing ensured that there was minimal sound from outside.

Had an amazing Xmas stay at this hotel! the room was clean, spacious, and had great facilities including a rainfall shower. the location was fantastic, with key attractions just a short walk away. the best part was definitely the balcony, which had a lovely view and would be perfect for summer visits.

There were a couple of downsides. the room was quite small, especially the bathroom.

The view from my room was amazing and the modern bathroom was a real treat. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. Although some guests smoked on their balcony, the hotel staff were responsive to my concerns. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen!
