Despite some issues like awkward car traffic and seaweed on the beach, the wide beach with clean chairs was a plus. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

Car hire services on the property were convenient for exploring the area, but we did find the prices to be a bit steep compared to other options outside the resort. Housekeeping services were efficient, but we did have to request new towels and toiletries a few times before they were replaced. We made use of the on, site shops and commercial services, which came in handy for picking up souvenirs and essentials. Laundry services were available, but we found them to be a bit pricey for basic cleaning needs. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, a nice gesture that set a positive tone for our stay. The tours and ticket assistance offered by the staff were helpful in planning our outings and exploring the local area.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the smoking policy. It would have been more enjoyable for non-smokers to have designated areas where smoking is allowed, especially around the entertainment areas.
