Perfectly situated for beach lovers and city explorers

This resort is just a short stroll from beautiful beaches like Arena Blanca Beach, Tatos Palm Beach, and Los Corales Beach which are all within a few kilometers, making it easy to spend leisurely days soaking up the sun and enjoying local restaurants like Tanuki for delicious sushi just a few steps away. The hotel itself has great amenities with clean rooms and a lovely eco park to unwind in but the air conditioning in the rooms could use some improvement.

Relaxing atmosphere, relaxing service with a clean pool area and friendly staff who always made us feel welcomed and at home.

It was all perfect.

The room was spacious with a great balcony. The king-size bed looked comfortable, but it wasn’t ideal for resting. Temperature control was an issue; the AC didn’t function properly. The cleaning service was inconsistent, occasionally skipping our room. The minibar was well-stocked daily, which was a nice touch. Despite being in a busy area, noise levels were generally manageable. some spots had an unpleasant smell that lingered, which was distracting. A freshening update in maintenance would significantly improve the experience. a little attention to detail would elevate the comfort level of the room dramatically.

The platinum area offers spacious rooms with lovely balconies. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but it still felt reasonable for the experience we had.

Stunning grounds with flamingos and peacocks made the stay enjoyable, and the beach was pristine, a true Caribbean gem. The sushi bar was a delightful touch, while the lunch offerings impressed with fresh fish and steamed veggies. dining reservations were a hassle, often requiring tedious waits; Staff interactions varied, with some being warm and attentive, but service inconsistencies, like a missing drink refill and a poorly placed air conditioner, left room for improvement. Despite a few hiccups, the atmosphere was charming overall.

The themed restaurants offer a nice variety, and the nightly shows keep things lively. The beach area is relaxing with comfy loungers and no trouble finding a spot.

WiFi was a bit of a struggle throughout the stay.

The jacuzzi in our room was pure bliss, like a warm hug from the tropics. Enjoying champagne for breakfast while basking in the sun was a dream come true. And let’s not forget the stunning private beach, where relaxation meets paradise!

Great beach access and friendly staff, but long check-in process.

While some areas were disappointing, such as the hot lobby and lack of bathroom amenities, I enjoyed the peaceful room location, friendly staff, and cold AC. The 24/7 pub with karaoke was a highlight. The resort offered diverse and tasty food options. Despite some issues like awkward car traffic and seaweed on the beach, the wide beach with clean chairs was a plus. Overall, it was a decent experience with room for improvement.

The rooms were so spacious and modern! The bathroom was huge, I LOVED the walk-in rain shower. Definitely coming back! Pictures don't do it justice.

The property has a private beach and a relaxing pool with a bar. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning, a minibar, and a balcony. The spa offers great services like massages and beauty treatments. Food was decent for all-inclusive. Grounds are well-kept and perfect for families.

I really struggled with the staff's attitude. They constantly seemed unhappy, forgetting orders and giving odd looks when I was trying to order. Honestly, I felt more like an inconvenience than a guest, which ruined the whole experience for me.
