We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location of the hotel in the beautiful, well-maintained gardens added to the overall experience. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants and bars available, with the sushi bar area being a particular highlight for us. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

I recently stayed at this newly opened resort in La Romana and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new. I loved the fact that towels were already prepared on every sun bed by the pool and beach, and the beach bar served delicious food all day. The beach itself was perfect for swimming and snorkeling, with an artificial coral reef barrier just off the shore. The bars also served a great selection of international brand alcohol.

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this fantastic resort. The staff were amazing, remembering us after just one meeting. The food at both World Cafe and La Trattoria was delicious. Our room was clean and when the AC went crazy the first night, they fixed it right away. Shout out to Brian at World Cafe for the perfect latte, John for always remembering our names, and the aerobics/game coordinator who worked tirelessly with a smile. Special thanks to Eric for always being there when we needed him!

Super clean facilities, friendly staff, and great beach with artificial coral reef barrier for snorkeling. Decent food and variety of options, well-equipped gym, and clean pools. Strong Wi-Fi for those who need it.

Upgraded rooms with preferred club access were totally worth it. the view from the room was awesome. the pools were nice and finding chairs was never an issue. the beach was great and the staff were always willing to help with setting up chairs. No towel cards or bracelets were needed, which was a nice change. No dinner reservations required and the restaurants had great food and service. Snorkeling at the beach was awesome and the water was calm. the kids were well entertained with the blow-up slides at the pool.

The wait times at the restaurants were long and the food quality was mediocre. Some confusion regarding entitlements as part of the package and a lack of privacy for swim-up suites.

I recently stayed at Dreams in Bayahibe for a week and had a fantastic time. The staff were absolutely adorable and provided the best treatment I've experienced at a resort. Big shout out to Rogelio, Diego, Bryan, Coco, and Adriana for making my stay so enjoyable. The beach was beautiful with great waves. The food was pretty good and the rooms were spacious. The kids club and entertainment team were amazing, especially the guys in aqua-aerobic. The hotel had a lot of activities and nice shows, making it feel personalized.
