Perfectly situated for beach fun and delicious dining

The beautiful beach right outside the hotel was an absolute delight that I enjoyed every moment of my stay soaking in the sun and the stunning emerald waters against the white sands made for a breathtaking sight while sipping coffee on our lanai which had an amazing view of beachcombers and I was thrilled with the convenience of nearby restaurants like the Ice Cream Shoppe and Riptides Sports Grill which were just a short stroll away making it easy to explore local flavors while two fantastic pools and a bar at the hotel added to my experience but the hotel could use some updates because some areas felt worn out.

The location is unbeatable—close to public beaches and restaurants. The fourth-floor seaside room with a balcony provides breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The complimentary breakfast is a major plus. Waffles and western omelets were highlights that saved us money. the staff fell short. A reservation cancellation before check-in was frustrating, especially with outdated payment information. Staff presence at the desk was inconsistent. While the beach area and outdoor staff were excellent, barking dogs created a distracting atmosphere. The bathroom drainage issues and unexpected parking fees were disappointing. Mandi at the front desk was outstanding, but noise disturbances on Mother’s Day tarnished the experience. Promising amenities, but execution needs improvement.

The room was spacious and clean, which added to our comfort. Temperature control was efficient, keeping the climate just right. the presence of a large roach within the first 15 minutes was a surprise and not pleasant. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep after long beach days. Noise levels varied; while the gym was a good amenity, the loud maintenance work during breakfast disrupted the peaceful setting. while there were some cleanliness issues and maintenance concerns, the spaciousness of the room provided a relaxing retreat.

Just a fine choice for a speedy visit in Pensacola Beach with good price-value balance. Excellent beach.

Checking in was a nightmare! We waited over an hour, and when we finally got to our room, it was dirty—with long hairs everywhere and sand in the bathroom. I felt gross and had to disinfect everything myself. Super disappointing!

The view from the property is jaw-dropping. The beach is gorgeous and the free beach towels are a lifesaver.

Breakfast options leave much to be desired.

The outdoor balcony was my favorite spot, perfect for evening ocean views! The beach access was just steps away, making it so easy to dip my toes in the sand. And can we talk about the friendly staff?

The beach was gorgeous, as expected. The staff, especially Tawanna and Mandi, were genuine and helpful, making my birthday weekend special. A solid continental breakfast offered variety each morning, and the place was kept clean. the check-in process was disorganized; I waited hours for my room and found it unkempt. Housekeeping was questionable—repeated requests for towels went unaddressed. The pet policy seemed a bit much; the dog noise was persistent. Maintenance left something to be desired, with outdated furniture and a musty smell. A mixed bag of experiences, but the positives shone through.

The pools were nice and always clean, which kept the kids happy. Daily breakfast had fresh options and the staff went out of their way to help us.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but the experience made it worth it.

Omg, the amazing view from our room under the ac unit made my heart sing! 😍 but, the breakfast was a disaster with slimy sausage 🤢. Staff were friendly and always helpful though.
