I had a great stay at Fairmont with its convenient location and comfortable rooms. The concierge, Whitney, provided excellent recommendations and guided me to the vibrant Bishop Arts District. I found unique gifts at the indie shops and enjoyed delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

Great hotel and staff, charming concierge. Short walk to art gallery, theatre district and West Village shopping. 10-15 minutes walk to Downtown, bars, restaurants, JFK museum and grassy knoll.

Felt cozy, nothing too much trouble.

Our stay was convenient, with a location that was close to everything we needed and the event we attended. The rooms were clean, and the bed was spacious. We especially enjoyed the Starbucks onsite, and the valet service was a helpful touch.

The noisy aerobics classes at the pool interfered with our relaxation.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to the event we were in town for and within walking distance to many popular sites and attractions. Additionally, we enjoyed the nearby greenway for some outdoor activities.

The view from the upper floors was breathtaking, especially on New Year's Eve. Being able to see the city lights and fireworks was a highlight of my stay. Additionally, the room was clean and well-decorated, making it a pleasant space to relax in after a long day of exploring.

There were a few disappointments during my stay. the lack of a working ice maker on my floor was inconvenient, and having to go to a different floor to get ice was an unnecessary hassle.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the views from the 21st floor were breathtaking. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the city skyline. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, especially Phillip the concierge who was incredibly attentive. The bathroom amenities were of high quality and the on-site shop and Starbucks were convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was blown away by the incredible attention to detail and friendliness of the team at Fairmont. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. One particular incident stood out to me - when I needed some coffee and water, a lovely lady at the front of the restaurant went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. It truly made my stay memorable. The entire process, from check-in to check-out, was absolutely awesome. This level of service is what sets Fairmont apart from other hotels. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

Our stay at Fairmont was memorable thanks to the friendly staff who helped us locate a lost item left in a cab. While the decor was a bit dated, the comfortable bed and tasty food made up for it. I would recommend this hotel.

We were amazed by how beautiful this hotel looked. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even had a wagon of toys for our small children to choose from and treated them to complimentary Shirley temples. The room service was great, and we highly recommend trying the warm cookies and milk. The pool was also a highlight, with its size and beautiful design. we had an incredible experience and would definitely stay here again if we ever need to be in this area.
