I loved staying in the heart of the historic district with so much to see and do right outside my door. The decor in the rooms and common areas was charming and unique. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of fresh fruits and delicious eggs made to order. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking to experience the history and culture of the area.

The location in the center of Zona Colonial means you can easily walk to all the historical sights and local restaurants. This historic hotel is located right in the center of the Colonial district, making it close to everything! We loved that there's a supermarket just a short walk away. The room has a comfortable bed, and the bathroom has good water pressure. Staff provides nice service, and the breakfast was delicious! The hotel also has a beautiful terrace with great views!

The terrace bar is not well-maintained.

During my Christmas stay, I truly enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. the staff made me feel welcome and treated me like family. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and historic sites. I loved being able to easily walk to all the key locations in the area. Lastly, the delicious continental breakfast served in the courtyard was a delightful way to start my day.

I must admit that the rooms were a bit small and cramped. It was difficult to move around freely, especially with the large bed taking up most of the space.

El Beaterio Casa Museo is an excellent choice for its ideal location, rooftop terrace, and beautiful colonial-themed decor. the rooms are comfortable, with AC and good water pressure in the showers. the staff at the hotel was exceptional, making me feel like I was among old friends. They even provided me with a key to the front door and went above and beyond to assist with my back problem. the breakfast was delicious, with options customized to your liking. I was also impressed by the historical significance and architecture of the place.

loved our stay in santo domingo, el beaterio was perfect. beautiful building, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. felt safe and enjoyed the historical vibe.

Terrace needs some improvements.

The location of this guest house was perfect for exploring the historic sights, with many of them just steps away. the breakfast included in our stay was delicious and made to order, with fresh juice and fruit. the staff was helpful and even allowed us to use a room after checking out to shower before leaving for the airport.

Getting into the guest house was challenging as the front door was locked and there was only one attendant doing it all. It may not be the quietest place on weekends as the park across the street can get a bit crazy.
