The location, staff, pool, breakfast, and WiFi were all excellent. The rooms were lovely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water was available 24/7. Cooking facilities were great and food delivery was convenient. The lodge was close to Cabarete and the nearby surf beach.

I had an amazing time here and decided to come back for a second visit. The hotel rooms were lovely, with quirky designs and an unbelievably comfortable bed. The shower pressure was good and I was pleasantly surprised to have hot water day and night. The hotel's WiFi was some of the best I've ever experienced, even compared to other hotels around the world. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, eggs, and toast. The hotel was super close to the beach, just a few minutes' stroll away, and the location was great, with a local beach that had fewer tourists than nearby Cabarete.

The Beach Bungalow was beautiful, spacious, and well-located. The attention to detail, like fresh flowers, was appreciated. The pool was huge and only shared with a few other bungalows. Wifi was excellent for working while traveling. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

The entire lodge had a great ambiance, with a beautiful garden and cozy rooms. The location was perfect, close to the beach and offering easy access to nearby towns and activities. We also enjoyed the various activities offered, such as yoga and bachata lessons, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The area around the lodge was a bit run down, with a rough access road and incomplete buildings nearby. This affected the overall appearance of the surroundings and made it less appealing.

We stayed at El Encuentro Surf Lodge for our surf trip in the Dominican Republic. The manager, Babette, gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. The breakfast was delicious and healthy, and the beach was stunning and perfect for surfers. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we loved that we could bring our dogs along. It's definitely THE place to be in Cabarete. We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing time at a beautiful boutique hotel in paradise! The beach area and surrounding jungle vibes were exactly what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we especially enjoyed the private yoga classes. The included breakfast was delicious and filling, and our room was comfortable with a real king-sized bed. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing retreat just a short walk from the beach. we had a great stay and would love to return in the future.

I recently stayed at a lovely lodge for a week in Cabarete. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast included a fantastic selection of fresh fruit, juice, and the most delightful Mint Tea. The lunch options were also excellent. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful gardens filled with a variety of exotic flowers and plants, creating a peaceful and comforting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with a USB plug for convenience. The lodge is just a short walk away from Encuentro beach, perfect for surf enthusiasts. Special mention to Babette, who managed the lodge flawlessly. I can't wait to come back and enjoy the peace and surfing again.
