The room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully decorated with a modern Parisian flair. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom had both a shower and a bath with plenty of clean towels and bathrobes. We loved the convenience of the coffee machine in the room that made both coffee and tea using high-quality ingredients. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and the 24-hour reception made us feel well taken care of. The breakfast was superb with a wide selection of hot and cold food, and the lounge area in the reception was a great place to relax with complimentary tea, coffee, and water. The location was excellent, near key districts and convenient public transport.

The morning meal could have had a bit more selection, particularly the hot food which could have been hotter.

The room and facilities were luxurious and very clean. The location was great, close to the Metro and within walking distance of lots of restaurants and tourist sights. We would definitely stay here again.

One particular staff member, Geronimo, even allowed me to check in early so that I could rest after my long journey. Another staff member, Ernest, promptly replaced a malfunctioning coffee machine in my room and even provided me with a kettle when I requested one. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with tasteful and modern decor. The room was spacious and immaculate, with stunning French doors that opened onto a balcony. The bathroom was well-appointed, complete with a luxurious shower and a wide selection of amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent, with many cafes, shops, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel's location is perfect, close to the center and within walking distance of restaurants and train/metro stations. The refurbished rooms were elegant, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the amenities, including the complimentary mini-bar, were refilled daily. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous during our Christmas stay. the room was spacious and immaculate, with French doors opening up to a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful view. the breakfast was superb with a great selection of hot and cold food, and the staff were friendly and efficient. the location was key, being near popular attractions like the Opera and the Louvre.

Although we had a wonderful stay, there were a few minor issues. the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, and there were a couple of design problems in the bathroom that led to water leakage.
