I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Santo Domingo and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to go above and beyond to assist me. The room service was excellent, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of English-speaking channels on the TV. I also appreciated the convenience of the mini bar in the room, which was stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks.

Beautiful location, great pool and rooftop bar with DJ music. Spacious rooms and good restaurant. Staff mostly friendly, aside from one receptionist. excellent service and upscale atmosphere.

The value for the money was great, I got a beautiful room with amazing views. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything with easy access. The staff at W&P were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

We loved the location of this venue and the fact that everything we needed was in walking distance. The service was amazing, the staff provided room service and car hire which made our stay much better. The spa and wellness centre was a great spot to relax and the rooftop pool was incredible. The bar area had live entertainment and happy hour which made it a highlight of our experience.

The pool area is very nice, with a lot of space to relax and swim. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food was delicious. the hotel is conveniently located near popular attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.

The noise level in the hotel was unbearable, especially during the New Year celebrations. People were partying loudly in the hallways and it was hard to get a good night's sleep.
