Slow response from front desk: It was frustrating when we needed assistance and had to wait a while to get ahold of someone at the front desk. Though the issue was eventually resolved, the delay was inconvenient.

We had an amazing stay at the resort with full access to all the facilities. The private beach, special lounge, and premium drinks were fantastic. The staff, especially Philippe and the girl from the Privilege Lounge bar, were excellent. The all-inclusive restaurants and sports bar were a great value.

I was impressed by the quality of service from the moment I arrived. the outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and stunning gardens, enabling full relaxation. the spa centre offered the best quality massages and body treatments. the bars and snack areas were always at hand when needed. the hotel staff made me feel exclusive and pampered, fulfilling all my luxurious needs.

the only option was karaoke, which faded in comparison to the rest of the hotel's luxurious offers.

I also loved the proximity to the beach, just a quick five-minute walk away. the all-inclusive restaurants and sports bar provided excellent value for the money. the buffet for breakfast and lunch was great, and I particularly enjoyed dining at the fabulous restaurants like Meat, Micado, and El Olivo.
